Please complete the application and fax, email or drop off the application with a $50 application fee.  If you should email or fax the application, you may pay the application fee online.  See TENANT ONLINE PAYMENTS link.  No application will be processed until the application fee is paid. 

No person shall be denied the right to rent one of our properties based on applicant’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, marital status, or familial status.
